The Allscripts ES will replace the Eagle 2000 scheduling module.Allscripts Sunrise Enterprise Registration (SER)The Allscripts SER is the SUNY DMC/LICH registration system (ADT) and it will replace Eagle 2000 front end once it is implemented.CactusCactus is the enterprise physician credentialing software solution, whereby, all clinicians are credentialed and permitted to practice at SUNY DMC/LICH. The software solution is supported by the vendor which provides all modules to manage the physician credentialing process.Cerner Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)Cerner LIS is the Laboratory Services Department lab information system that provides a fully automated, closed-loop workflow.
This workflow simplifies the laboratory processes and offers solutions in the four key segments of the laboratory: clinical, anatomic pathology, molecular diagnostics and laboratory outreach. This system helps UHB reach top productivity in the laboratory environment. It is integrated with the Patient Registration System for automatic updates of patient demographic changes and with Eagle 2000 and HealthBridge for orders and results. Cerner LIS is remotely hosted and supported by the Vendor.ChartlinkChartlink is a Medical Record Chart Tracking SystemCoPathCoPath is an application that provides anatomical pathology for the laboratory.
Full competency and knowledge of Cerner software for Cerner registration of radiology patients, Medical Terminology, filing patient records, taking appointments.
Departments throughout the hospital and Ambulatory Care utilize the CoPath applications. The application interfaces with Eagle, Cerner, and T-Systems. Patient Admission, Discharges and Transfers (ADTs) are checked-in to the hospital through the Eagle application.Downstate Image Management System (DIMS)The DIMS software solution enables operational departments their paper based files and medical records to digital format and represents SUNY DMC objective to migrate to an electronic-based system. The DIMS is operational in the following Departments: Health Information Management, Emergency Services, Human Resources, the Procurement and Accounts Payable. The objective of DIMS is to enable departments to transition to an electronic workflow.Eagle2000Eagle2000 is a UHB enterprise-wide patient registration, admitting, discharge, transfer and billing system.EdischargesEDischarge is a CuraSpan product used by Social Work and Case Management to help facilitate discharge planning to long term care facilities. Application is integrated within Morrisey that they use to launch the application.EMDEONHBO Claims Scrubber system used by the patient accounting department for both inpatient and outpatient billing.EMEVSEMEVS its a insurance verification system, hosted and manage by vendor Siemens.FISRAS-FISRAS is a Report Archiving System, a home grown application primarily used by the Hospital Finance and Patient Accounting department.
